How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping cost is a flat rate based upon order amount and region. 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to the volume of orders as well as being a one woman show, orders from restocks are shipped within 7-10 days. Orders placed in between restocks are shipped within 2-3 days. 

What type of shipping do you use?
All packages are sent priority with insurance and tracking numbers on all orders that are shipped.

What happens if I make a mistake in my shipping address?
Unfortunately I am not responsible for errors in shipping addresses.

Can't decide, Grab the bag

I'm not normally one to go for a grab bag as I can be pretty picky lol but happy to say this was one of my best decisions yet and now have quite a few new favorites!

Disappointing

Some of the items were cracked when I received them, the labels were faded, and overall everything felt thrown together. I have received Mystery Bags in the past and the quality, selection, etc. was much better.

How do I become an ambassador?

I started with a mystery bag to try a little bit of everything and it didn’t disappoint! I love everything from the lip balms to the body butta! My friend even converted me to their Bare it all natural deodorant. I’ve cleaned house on all other products I have used to all Salty Sailor and have no regrets!
