Shipping cost is a flat rate based upon order amount and region. 

Due to the volume of orders as well as being a one woman show, orders from restocks are shipped within 7-10 days. Orders placed in between restocks are shipped within 2-3 days. 

Holiday processing times may be longer due to volume, there may be an increase of another 5-7 days.

All packages are sent priority with insurance and tracking numbers on all orders that are shipped.

Unfortunately I am not responsible for errors in shipping addresses.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products all products are unavailable for returns. I pride myself on ensuring that every single customer is 100% happy with their orders so if something comes up please email me!

In the past, we took on the responsibility of filing claims on lost/stolen/damaged orders. Due to an increase in order volume, as of 9/1/2020, this responsibility will now fall on the customer. Once a package leaves us, it is out of our hands. All orders are thoroughly packed with all precautions taken to keep your order safe. If your package gets lost, is stolen after delivery, or you have damaged products, please have a screenshot copy of your receipt from us & file a claim with USPS here (NOTE: All Priority packages include a $100 insurance policy to cover you and your purchase, and you can choose to pay for additional insurance if wanted- just contact us to let us know!) https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Not all items will be available all the time, and could be limited releases so make sure you grab them while you can!

Not at all! All batches are tub tested prior to sale. We use oil soluble lakes that will not discolor you or your tub.

NOTE: Bath products are tested in a clean tub. If any colorant is left behind, this is because it has clung to existing oils or soap scum. For best results, use in a freshly cleaned tub & always rinse your tub/yourself after use.

IMPORTANT: The Salty Sailor Apothecary is not responsible to damages done to bath tubs outside of the home such as hotels. Many hotels use a wax coating on their tubs that can stain regardless of any safe guards, & you can potentially be charged a clean up fee if this happens. We always recommend that our Bath Bombs be used in home only. 

If any irritation, or allergic reactions occur, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical care. 

We do not and cannot make any medical claims as to what my products may help with but do ensure that we only use the highest quality hand sourced ingredients without the use of parabens or sulfates.
