Shipping policy
Due to an increase in order volume, as of 9/1/2020, this responsibility will now fall on the customer. Once a package leaves us, it is out of our hands. All orders are thoroughly packed with all precautions taken to keep your order safe. If your package gets lost, is stolen after delivery, or you have damaged products, please have a screenshot copy of your receipt from us & file a claim with USPS here (NOTE: All Priority packages include a $100 insurance policy to cover you and your purchase, and you can choose to pay for additional insurance if wanted- just contact us to let us know!)
